The Hotel in Apia is a
4 star 156 Room property with 300 plus full time staff of locals and expatriate
staff. It operates 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, with few 9 to 5 job
opportunities. Aggie Grey's Hotel & Bungalows is located on Beach
Road overlooking Apia Harbour and is near to all the Restaurants and Bars which
line Beach Road.
The Hotel has 3 Bars, 2 Restaurants and also
operates an International Flight Catering Kitchen catering for numerous
International Airlines which fly to Samoa.
Our hands on training is encouraged and
followed up by each Department Supervisor on a week by week basis with emphasis
on cross training and greater staff development. Our Staff are our greatest
asset and whenever within policy guidelines, we will always do our utmost to
assist them with their requests and career development opportunities.
The Hotel is
made up of the following departments which in turn report directly to the
General Manager.
Reservations Accounts & Finances Front Office
and Telephone Operators Security Food & Beverage which consists of
3 Kitchens, 1 Bakery and 3 Cocktail Bars Human Resources Business
Centre Concierge Maintenance
We also have a close association with the
prestigious Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School in the Blue
Mountains of Australia which has assisted the Hotel with systems and training
