must stress that preference will be given first to Samoans
living in Samoa as we make it our policy to develop and enhance the
contribution that the Resort makes to the local Samoan economy and community by
way of making every effort to employ and train our own Samoan people.
However there are other key
technical positions that the Resort is always interested to
pursue in order to develop and enhance the services and training programs
offered by the Resort to it's local staff. These technical positions include
Executive Chefs, Engineers, Sales & Marketing Managers, Accountants, Human
Resources Managers, Executive Housekeepers and those with a previous Management
Position in a Large Scale Hotel/Resort environment.
We are keen to have
staff who are people orientated and do not think of themselves
as one but people who want to be a part of a greater dynamic hands on group of
professionals who look after each other, bond together as one close knit unit
and see each member of the team as family
the Aggie Grey's way!
